Hi i’m Alex,
I’ve been a Data Consultant and High Performance Athlete for over 20 years across multiple sports.
When I transitioned back from high performance environments to the commercial gym setting, I was struck by how different my training was to the echo chamber in the health and fitness industry.
Taking advantage of my high performance sport background and data expertise, I started Iron Focus with the aim of bringing an athletic and data driven approach to training to the everyday gym enthusiast.
